1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bd09 platform — including the website, mobile interface, sports betting service, casino games, live dealer tables, and any associated promotional content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms and conditions published on the bd09 platform from time to time.

2Eligibility and Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bd09 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and playing. bd09 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited by local law. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the platform from a location where doing so is lawful.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bd09. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent ban from the platform. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact our support team immediately.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all subsequent points when bd09 requests verification documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. bd09 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd09 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bd09 will never request your password by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bd09 of unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bd09 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within 90 days)
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account number, Nagad account number)
• Selfie or live photo verification as requested by the bd09 compliance team

bd09 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place an account under review pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your bd09 account at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3.4 Account Suspension by bd09

bd09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) there is evidence of a breach of these Terms; (c) a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy; (d) bd09 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; or (e) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bd09 is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current deposit limits applicable to your account are displayed within your account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bd09 balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed and credited. bd09 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — bd09 is not responsible for third-party fees.

4.4 Currency

All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on bd09 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd09 does not apply currency conversion fees. Any currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider are outside bd09's control and responsibility.

4.5 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment accounts that do not belong to you, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to verified players whose accounts have passed KYC requirements. bd09 will not process withdrawals to payment methods or bank accounts that differ from those used for deposits, unless additional verification has been satisfactorily completed. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bd09 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly following verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Where a withdrawal request includes funds derived from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the withdrawal will be approved. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable without wagering requirements, subject to identity verification.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bd09 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer. Wagers placed on certain games may not contribute — or may contribute only partially — to wagering requirements. Games excluded from bonus wagering are listed in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, within which wagering requirements must be met. Unused or unexpired bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms and are not extendable except at bd09's sole discretion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

bd09 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a bet to meet requirements without risk; systematic exploitation of free spins; operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional conditions. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds voided and may be permanently banned from future promotions.

6.5 bd09 VIP Club

The bd09 VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity. VIP rewards, including cashback rates, reload bonuses, and personal account manager access, are reviewed periodically and may be amended at bd09's discretion. VIP status is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bd09 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. bd09 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where a technical error affected odds display, or where the event is subsequently deemed irregular or void by the relevant governing body. Settled bets are final unless a manifest error is identified by bd09.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a brief period of incorrect live odds due to data feed errors may be voided at bd09's discretion. bd09 is not responsible for network interruptions that prevent timely placement of in-play bets.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

• False identity: Registering or verifying an account using another person's identity documents

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market

• Match-fixing: Betting on sporting events whose outcome you have sought to influence or have knowledge of through corrupt means
• Money laundering: Using bd09 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity

Nothing in these Terms limits bd09's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13Amendments to Terms

bd09 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of bd09 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are published in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. In the event of any dispute between you and bd09, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
